South Sound 911 representatives will be on hand at several joint information sessions in April to discuss the projects and partnerships involved in the effort to make way for a new public safety communications center. Dates and times are posted on our project page (www.southsound911.org/pscc) as they become available.
The information sessions are being held in partnership with Pierce County, the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, and Community Connections to provide communities with more information about the proposed concept to make property available in Tacoma’s South End and Eastside neighborhoods for the construction of South Sound 911’s new facility. South Sound 911 announced its involvement in the concept in a news release on March 16, 2016.
