RFP 2023-03-CS (Law Enforcement RMS Replacement)

South Sound 911 is seeking a multi-agency Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the most appropriate RMS solution that meets the Agency’s needs, including implementation services, as detailed in the RFP.

South Sound 911 (SS911) is accepting SEALED PROPOSALS for the above solicitation.  Proposals will be received until July 14, 2023 by 4:00 pm (PST) at which time they will be recorded and forwarded to a Selection Advisory Committee for evaluation.  Proposals are not typically opened and read aloud. All proposals received will be evaluated by a South Sound 911 Advisory Committee (SAC). This is a two-part solicitation, and selected Respondents will be invited to present demonstrations of the proposed solution(s) as well as submit best and final offers.

Addendum No. 1 – Provides answers to questions from the Pre-Proposal Conference as well as clarification and correction of information presented in the RFP. Issued June 14, 2023.
