South Sound 911 is currently pursuing a "63-20" public/private project delivery and financing model. This model is a public-private partnership that offers an expedited design and construction process, without sacrificing quality.
To complete the project using this method, South Sound 911 is working closely with Pierce County; the National Development Council (NDC), the non-profit partner; and the development team led by Trammell Crow Company of Seattle. Both the non-profit partner and the development team were selected through a competitive process coordinated by Pierce County on behalf of South Sound 911.
